Copyright Information

Authors retain all rights to their articles in the conference proceedings.

A copyright agreement form will be provided to authors and must be submitted at the time of acceptance and final submission of revised papers.

Open access Publications

The book of Abstracts will be accessible during the congress via the IAEG 2026 congress APP and then published in open access on the IAEG website.

Accepted manuscripts (extended abstracts and full papers) will be published in free and open access Congress Proceedings. Each paper will be indexed with its own DOI number and Congress Proceedings, with their own DOI and ISBN.

The Congress proceedings will be indexed in Scopus and DOAB (Directory of Open Access Book).

The conference editorial board may invite selected conference papers for a special issue in high impact journals.
